We strongly believe that our diversity is a key driver of innovation and performance.</span></p> <p> </p> <h2><b>Purpose</b></h2> <p>Rattache(é) au Global HR Business Partner, ce rôle vous offre l’opportunité de s’impliquer sur des sujets RH variés dans un environnement international multisites (usines de production de cartes à puces.)</p><h2><b>Key Missions</b></h2> <p>Au côté du Global HRBP, tes missions seront entre autres :</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Être un partenaire des managers pour piloter les initiatives RH stratégiques (gestion des talents, enquête d’engagement, etc.)</li> <li>Accompagner les campagnes RH (objectifs, performance, revue de salaires, etc.) :  suivi des KPI, analyses, formulation de recommandations</li> <li>Coordonner et mettre en œuvre des programmes de formation alignés sur les enjeux business et les priorités RH</li> <li>Appui au monitoring et suivi de projet de changement organisationnel</li> </ul><h2><b>Profile &amp; Other Information</b></h2> <p>Étudiant(e) en Master (Bac+4/5) en Ressources Humaines, École de commerce ou domaine connexe, avec :</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Anglais courant</li> <li>De bonnes capacités d’analyse (à l’aise avec Excel)</li> <li>Une appétence pour les enjeux business</li> <li>Une bonne communication : capacité d’interagir avec des interlocuteurs variés</li> </ul><p> </p> <p><span>By choosing to work at IDEMIA, you will join a unique tech company, offering a wide range of growth opportunities.
