Salary Range: $75,000 to $95,000 The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.

Job Description: The Project Manager role is a critical part of the Commercial Operations team that manages business-critical and customer-facing projects and reviews.  This position will be responsible for driving action completion, ensuring stakeholder engagement, and developing and executing communication and tracking plans.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of the process for planning quarterly and monthly business reviews across top customers

• Work with other team leaders on action completion throughout lifecycle of engagement with the customer

• Facilitate meetings to provide action updates, raise and resolve escalations, and drive decision making

• Develop understanding of business and customer goals to ensure objectives and strategies are effectively prioritized and executed throughout the process

• Display persistent and steadfast focus on objectives and tasks despite obstacles, discouragement, or distraction

• Build relationships and drive outcomes through engagement with Commercial and other key stakeholders

• Lead multiple workstream projects in support of customer reviews effectively and simultaneously

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifying Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline, required

• PMP or PMI certification, preferred

• 5-10+ years of experience of successfully managing multiple workstreams and projects

• Successful track record of management leading cross-function teams

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect and positively influence at all levels of the organization

• Ability to work independently and part of a team with flexibility, collaboration, and proactiveness

• Strong time and resource management with strong organization, multi-tasking and analytics skills
