Are you a dynamic communicator with a knack for turning conversations into opportunities? We are looking for a Part-Time Marketing Representative to promote our SafeSplash swim school at various events and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent our business at community events, expos, and local gatherings to promote our services.
• Set up and manage promotional stalls at events.
• Engage with potential customers, answer questions, and generate leads.
• Build partnerships with local businesses for cross-promotions.
• Track and report leads and enrollments.

Who We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage people and turn conversations into sign-ups.
• Prior experience in marketing, sales, or customer engagement preferred but not required.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• MUST live in the Austin - Metro area as presence at events is required.

Pay a amount per lead, per trial setup and a larger amount per enrollment.

• Example: $ per lead + $ trial setup + $ per enrollment
