Program Manager – Food & Nutrition Services
Location: Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (OhioMHAS)

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Program Manager to support our partnership with the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (OhioMHAS). This role is ideal for someone with a passion for operational excellence in healthcare foodservice and a commitment to supporting mental health and addiction recovery through high-quality nutrition services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and support foodservice operations across OhioMHAS facilities in collaboration with Morrison Healthcare leadership.
• Systematize and manage the use of MealTracker, the department’s diet and menu database system, ensuring accuracy and standardization across all sites.
• Collaborate with field teams to maintain consistency and compliance in dietary operations.
• Assist with recruitment efforts, onboarding, and training of foodservice personnel across facilities as needed.
• Support operational needs including process improvements, staff coordination, inventory oversight, and regulatory compliance.
• Act as a liaison between Morrison Healthcare and OhioMHAS leadership to ensure service alignment and client satisfaction.
• Track, report, and communicate progress on initiatives and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field; RD/RDN or CDM preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years of experience in foodservice management, healthcare operations, or program coordination.
• Experience with MealTracker or similar diet/menu management software strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, travel between facilities as needed, and adapt to a dynamic healthcare environment.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional service with a focus on patient and client satisfaction.
