SUPERVISOR:
Manager or designee. 

SUMMARY:  
Assists in purchase, marking, stocking and control of inventory.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Orders, receives, distributes and ensures quality of incoming and outgoing orders. [Daily, 25%]
• Retrieves and delivers materials as necessary. [Daily, 25%]
• Assists in maintaining a quality control inventory program. [Daily, 20%]
• Processes all necessary documents and provides reports. [Daily, 5%]
• Checks out all equipment and tools and maintains in a safe and operational condition. [Daily, 5%]
• Assists in coordination of parts operation by checking out equipment, tools and vehicle keys to personnel. [Daily, 5%]
• Coaches site-based technicians in pulling parts and filling out paperwork correctly to complete work orders. [Daily, 5%]
• Maintains a clean and orderly warehouse. [Daily, 5%]
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. [Daily, 5%] 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• General knowledge of building trades.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.
• Must meet insurability requirements of the Colorado School District Self Insurance Pool.
• Criminal background check and fingerprinting required for hire. 

REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS:
All certifications, licenses, and registrations must be valid and unexpired. 

• Valid Colorado Driver’s License.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Two (2) years purchasing, parts room, or warehouse experience.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT: 

• Extremely heavy physical lifting of over fifty (50) lbs. (daily moving of equipment, furniture and materials).
• Pushing and pulling.
• Repetitive motions such as bending.
• Climbing stairs, ladders and vehicles.
• Squatting.
• Overhead work.
• Various vertical heights.
• Good motor skills.
