- Experience with ERP systems and familiarity with SIOP processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to present data insights to stakeholders.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and supply chain optimization practices.
- Experience with statistical forecasting and inventory management techniques.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, data analytics, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Experience Requirements
- Three years of experience in data analysis, demand planning, or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

What Does It Take to Be a Fit for This Role?
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Excellent data analysis skills, ideally including background knowledge of statistical forecasting software with a desire to understand the data to drive solutions.
COMMUNICATION/LANGUAGE SKILLS
Strong written and oral communication skills; required to communicate effectively with various levels of staff and departments.
MATHEMATICAL/ANALYTICAL SKILLS
Advanced math skills to perform calculations; Analytics to process data and factor all relevant demand details; Statistical data experience preferred. Highly detail oriented.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Strong computer acumen requires ability to work in multiple ERP systems.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
High energy and able to prioritize and multitask in fast paced and rapidly changing environment; resourcefulness and advanced problem-solving abilities required.
