This position will be part of the Global Billing Strategy and Transformation (GBST) team withing Global Account Processing Network (GAPN) Organization.  The GBST team focuses on digitization, innovation, analytics, automation, and business process transformation to enable CMs to derive the value of our digital capabilities, solutions, and experiences while reducing paper communication. The candidate will be responsible for the following:

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage project delivery across planning, design, implementation, and change management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
• Lead reengineering projects that improve the resilience, efficiency, and recoverability of business operations and supporting systems.
• Lead the implementation of a Global Disaster Recovery Strategy in GBN.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers aligned with resilience objectives.
• Track project performance, manage risks, and communicate status updates and outcomes to leadership and governance forums.
• Plan, execute, and oversee projects that enhance the organization’s ability to anticipate, withstand, and recover from operational disruptions.
• Work closely with business units, IT, risk, and compliance teams to identify critical business services and map supporting processes, systems, and third parties.
• Promote a culture of resilience awareness and readiness across the organization.
• Support the development and implementation of business continuity plans (BCPs), disaster recovery plans (DRPs).

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of project management experience with a focus on process reengineering, operational improvement, or resilience.
• Knowledge of operational resilience frameworks
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and change leadership skills.
• Ability to think strategically while driving detail-oriented execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field, preferred.
• PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Billing operations experience a plus.

Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
