This is your chance to join an award-winning, luxury hospitality brand as we redefine the outdoor retreat experience. At Bolt Farm Treehouse, we're searching for a driven and passionate Assistant General Manager to help lead our operations at our Whitwell, TN location.

As our Assistant General Manager, you’ll partner with the General Manager to fine-tune daily operations, develop an exceptional team, and create a seamless, tech-driven experience that wows our guests. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring every guest leaves as a lifelong fan and every process operates like clockwork. What You'll Be Doing:

• Overseeing daily operations: Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure seamless, efficient, and system-driven operations across all departments.
• Leading and developing a winning team: Inspire, train, and manage staff to deliver five-star service while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Ensuring exceptional guest experiences: Proactively resolve guest concerns, anticipate needs, and create memorable moments that turn visitors into lifelong fans.
• Optimizing processes and systems: Leverage cutting-edge technology to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and elevate service quality.
• Driving financial performance: Analyze budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures to maximize profitability while maintaining excellence.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of hospitality experience (luxury hospitality preferred).
• Operations and project management experience: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities effectively.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven leadership skills: You’re a motivator and team-builder.
• Tech-savvy: Comfortable with cloud-based hospitality software and operational tools.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and results-driven with a track record of meeting goals.
• Solutions-oriented mindset.
