This position also plays an important role in developing high-performing teams, coaching frontline leaders, and fostering a positive, guest-focused culture. While responsibilities remain consistent across both roles, title and level alignment are based on store volume, staffing structure, and operational complexity.

  • Help lead the hiring, onboarding, training, and development of Guest Experience Supervisors and Team Members.

  • Communicate effectively across store leadership, team members, and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Serve as acting store leader in the absence of the General Manager or other key store leaders.
  • Help drive execution of company initiatives, process improvements, and operational priorities.
