Administrative Specialist

O2B Kids has many locations throughout Florida, Georgia, Missouri, Alabama, North Dakota, and South Dakota and Minnesota with more states on the way! We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented person, who would be a great asset to our corporate office team! This is a brand new position, stemming from the rapid growth of our company.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Work a full time shift, M-F (located in Gainesville, FL) - not remote
• Build a positive culture with front-line staff
• Process refunds after reason for refund and credit is deemed accurate
• Ensure accuracy and completion of monthly agency reconciliations
• Manage and support monthly agency submissions
• Ensure that expected monthly funding reflects received funds
• Communicate to the front line regarding student assessment deadlines and ensure deadlines are met
• Process card disputes and work with Bank for collection of payment
• Have fun!

Requirements

Agency experience (VPK, School Readiness, GA PreK, etc.)

Administrative experience

Formal education in business adminstration or a related field (preferred)
