Primary Responsibilities in this position:

• Global Leadership Excellence: Lead and manage one of our proficient global business unit of cca 150 to 300 FTE's, fostering a culture of unwavering excellence and limitless innovation. Propel continuous enhancements and originality within the BU to address ever-evolving IT delivery demands across the globe.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Supervise IT operations across diverse stakeholders encompassing business units, architecture, transformation, finance, and C-Level management. Forge and uphold robust relationships to align IT initiatives with overarching organizational objectives.
• Project Mastery: Spearhead expansive IT projects spanning various management domains within a multifaceted global IT delivery framework. Ensure meticulous project planning, execution, and delivery within stipulated timelines and budgets.
• Technological Prowess: Display a fervent enthusiasm for prevailing IT trends, boasting comprehensive insight and expertise in industry catalysts such as AI, automation, cloud, cybersecurity, and zero trust. Translate this knowledge into strategic initiatives amplifying the organization's IT capabilities.
• Leadership Philosophy: Embrace the tenets of servant leadership, advocating for an agile and boundless mindset within the team. Exhibit a hands-on approach, actively engaging in project endeavors while inspiring the team with an authentic passion for technology.

Qualifications

Professional experience / expertise:

• senior leader with an agile mindset, entrepreneurial thinking
• has professional leadership experience with high complexity roles
• business Management know-how
• technology competence in Cloud / DevOps / Automation
• intercultural expertise on cooperation in an international context
• experience in driving / managing change & large transformational projects
• advanced English language knowledge is a must
