Position Responsibilities
Accurately review and process vendor and consulting invoices daily, including coding, and routing for approval.
Create batches of invoices for payment processing.
Audit and process travel expense reports.
Assist in the monitoring of various AP inboxes.
Assist with month end close activities as needed.
Maintain vendor records through updating address and banking instructions.
Provide general accounting support and reporting as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of similar experience in Accounts Payable.
Strong ethics, integrity, credibility and high degree of confidentiality.
Experience working in a high volume, fast paced environment.
Manage time effectively, good attention to detail, communication and organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines and sets priorities for specific assignments.
Knowledge of accounts payable and general accounting; good analytical skills.
Curious and problem-solving mindset.
Work experience in an office in a shared services environment.
Experienced in MS Office Suite especially Excel, and Google Suite a plus.
Deltek Vision experience a plus but not essential.

Compensation for this role is based upon experience, qualifications, location, and education and typically ranges from $50,000 – $62,000.
