Senior Maximo Developer- Remote

ICF’s IT Modernization division is a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven department, seeking a motivated Maximo Developer to support the upcoming needs of our customers.
The Work
The Maximo developer will lead efforts to identify and deliver Maximo Asset Management solutions to our client emphasizing customer commitment, industry best practices, and continuous improvement. This position will participate and focus on Maximo solutions through all delivery lifecycle stages of a typical software implementation or upgrade. This position will be working directly with stakeholders in a global capacity and must be able to communicate effectively via phone and web conferencing.
Functional Responsibility: Works with appropriate project manager or clients to estimate time frames, quantity, and skill set of resources required to successfully implement projects. Develops or assists in development of project planning, incorporating relevant variables. May conduct weekly status meetings with customers to determine progress against the Plan. Participates in development and refining of forecasts for the project and may serve as a task lead or execution lead. Leads workshops. Creates and edits reports.
Required Skills:
4+ years of experience in software development, technical support, solutions deployment, or consulting of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Enterprise Asset Management Solutions (EAM), or Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERP).
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer
Science, or related field. Application or project management certification plus seven (7) years relevant experience may be substituted for formal education
3+ years of Maximo Development/Configuration Experience in Facilities Management, Utilities, or Aviation space
3+ years as a Maximo Developer, supporting Analysis, Design, Build, Test, Configuration, and Deployment activities
3+ years assisting with or leading the business process design activities to drive out the complete application requirements: functional, quality, integration, and security.
3+ years assisting with timely development and implementation of all stages of the system.
3+ years of experience with custom implementations to the Maximo COTS model
3+ years applying industry experience and leading practices to architect, design, develop and implement IBM Maximo solutions to support complex business requirements.
3+ years of experience working with the application designer to create a high-level design of an end-to-end integration solution that provides a common structure for mapping the data between the applications
2+ years of experience with Oracle or SQL Server database platforms and data transfer tools and working knowledge of PC’s, handheld devices, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Access, e-mail, and other software applications as required
2+ years of experience with supply-chain management, procurement activities, maintenance, crafts, or industry specific business processes
US Citizenship is required (required by the federal government for this position).
Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply
Desired Skills:
Experience with Maximo integrations to/from external systems. i.e. SAP and Peoplesoft
Experience creating automation scripts in Python or JavaScript
Strong communication, presentation, organization, planning, and interpersonal skills
Certified Maximo 7 or MAS practitioners
Experience writing BIRT reports
