This job can be done up tp 60% remotely.
Your role:
I2C Accounting Support Accountant as a value member of our I2C Value Stream team will be responsible for processing requests & receivables transactions in the ERP systems within SLA. Also, providind customers with high quality, accurate and timely financial data through collection area. You will participate in audit and pre-audit task, compliance activities and other related accounting duties, such building various reports, covering ad-hoc request, ensuring compliance and report deviations. You will contribute/support in a process improvements and monitoring of outstanding receivables, account maintenance + contact with customer & sending reminders.

Who you are:

• Min 2 years experience in Shared Service Centers, preferrable in Account Receivable, Finance or similar
• Fluent English (other European language skills are required) and your experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a must
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, diligence and paying attention to details
• Flexibility in changing business requirements and circumstances, ability to work under time pressure and to meet deadlines
• Confident to work independent and take decisions based on data analyzed (within framework/thresholds)
• High degree of self-initiative with pro-active working habit
• Open-mindedness and willingness to learn new things
• Very good knowledge of MS Office ((Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
