Lincoln International follows a hybrid work structure with an emphasis on in office collaboration.

Our employees work in our Chicago office Monday through Thursday each week, with the option to work remotely or from the office on Fridays. Our office is located at 110 N Wacker Drive, just blocks from Union Station & Ogilvie Transportation Center.

Job Description:

Lincoln International LLC (“Lincoln”) is looking for a detail-oriented IT Asset and Accounts Specialist to help manage the organization’s IT assets and user accounts. This role is responsible for tracking hardware and software inventory, handling user account setup and access management, and ensuring compliance with security and licensing policies. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and eager to learn.

Roles & Responsibilities:

We envision the IT Asset & Accounts Specialist will be initially tasked with the following:

  • IT Asset Management:
    • Maintain an accurate inventory of IT hardware, software, and licenses.
    • Assist with PC and mobile phone procurement, allocation, and decommissioning.
    • Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and company policies.
    • Conduct regular audits of IT assets and accounts to generate reports.
  • User Account Administration:
    • Create, update, and deactivate user accounts across various systems (Zoom, Verizon, etc).
    • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.
    • Liaise with vendors via phone and chat support to resolve hardware and account-related issues (HP, Verizon, etc).
  • General IT Support & Compliance:
    • Provide basic troubleshooting and support for account-related issues.
    • Image PCs and configure them for users.
    • Work with IT and security teams to ensure compliance with company policies.
    • Assist in implementing tools and processes for asset tracking and account management.
    • Stay informed on IT asset management and security best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 0–2 years of experience in IT support, asset management, or account administration.
  • Basic understanding of IT hardware, software, and user account management.
