Job Summary
As a Digital Fulfillment Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for the design and production of our clients’ custom products. You ensure our clients' photos are produced at the highest standard, so their memories are preserved for years to come. Top 5 Responsibilities
- Ensure our client’s orders are produced at the highest standard and on time
- Create custom products for senior orders and schools
- Review orders for errors and quality before shipment
- Communicate across departments and external vendors to track production and delivery timelines
- Perform light retouching and editing of client photos
Additional Responsibilities
- Manage client order correction requests
Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must pass a satisfactory background check
- Experience in Photoshop and InDesign preferred
- Ability to learn and understand CADY product lines.
- Willing to work a fluctuating schedule based on company needs.
- Able to work individually, but also in a team environment.
- Able to work at a faster pace while maintaining attention to details.
Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors
- Extended periods of viewing computer screens
- Moderate noise and other potential sensory stimulants (i.e., business office with computers, phone, and printers, music, and light foot traffic)
- Able to prioritize information/tasks
- Able to move up to 20 lbs
