Our fast-growing company is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused RCM Project and Clinical Service Manager to oversee and drive key projects across the revenue cycle management (RCM) spectrum while serving as the primary point of contact for client relationship management.  This role combines strong project management skills with a deep understanding of RCM workflows and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end management of RCM projects, including implementation, optimization, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (billing, coding, IT, compliance) to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
  • Provide regular project updates and status reports to internal and external stakeholders.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • 3-5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare operations, or project management.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management training and/or experience a plus.
  • Strong understanding of RCM processes, including billing, coding, and payer regulations.
  • Proven experience managing client accounts or customer relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project) and RCM platforms (e.g., Epic, Athenahealth, NextGen).
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Additional Information

Education:

  • High School Diploma (Required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
