The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in process analysis, process engineering, in combination with project management experience. This role is crucial in driving efficiency and effectiveness across our organization and will contribute to the delivery of better-quality products and services for our clients.</span></p> <p><span> </span></p> <p><span>This role complements a team who drives a portfolio of projects and initiatives across multiple teams. Your enthusiasm for a good process and excellent client service is contagious and you can connect with people and bring them along on a journey of continuous improvement and change.</span></p> <p><span> </span></p> <p><strong><u><span>Main</span></u></strong><u><span> responsibilities:</span></u></p> <ul> <li><strong><span>Process Analysis:</span></strong></li> <ul> <li><span>Conduct thorough analyses of existing business processes and data points to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.</span></li> <li><span>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.</span></li> </ul> <li><strong><span>Process Engineering:</span></strong></li> <ul> <li><span>Design and implement optimized processes that enhance productivity and reduce waste.</span></li> <li><span>Utilize process mapping and modeling techniques to visualize workflows.</span></li> <li><span>Identify and recommend automation solutions to streamline tasks and enhance operational efficiency</span></li> <li><span>Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure business process performance and productivity</span></li> <li><span>Define transition plans to sustain the change</span></li> </ul> <li><strong><span>Project Management:</span></strong></li> <ul> <li><span>Lead cross-functional projects to execute business improvement projects from initiation to completion.</span></li> <li><span>Develop project plans, timelines, and effort estimations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.</span></li> <li><span>Monitor project progress, manage risks, change and communication.
