With responsibilities for global payroll you will be managing a team and vendors in multiple locations.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>Your role: </strong></p><p>As a Global Payroll Team Lead your will lead a global team of payroll and benefits professionals, ensuring the team delivers according to Statkraft’s current and future vision and objectives. In detail your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:</p><ul><li>Follow up local teams and team members in their delivery of services and projects</li><li>Coordinate and project manage stabilisation of Payroll initiatives, ensuring consistency and standardisation.</li><li>Work towards standardising processes across countries - including leading and documenting end to end process maps.</li><li>Ensure delivery of the services locally according to people, global and digital vision, follow up user experience, quality and cost</li><li>Measure, follow-up and report on KPIs and objectives established by the GPX leadership team</li><li>Ensure continuous improvement of deliveries both in own countries and centrally</li><li>Manage the operational relationship with vendors to ensure consistent quality delivery</li><li>Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are applied in a way that supports outstanding service delivery</li><li>Work continuously to identify and suggest improvements to the service delivery model, Payroll vendor processes and all things which can improve the employee experience</li><li>Develop and lead employees according to corporate processes</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>About you: </strong></p><ul><li>Hands-on manager who is actively engaged in all aspects of payroll and time-keeping management</li><li>Strong management and leadership skills, including ability to mentor staff</li><li>Experience working in a multinational environment in HR Process and Shared Services</li><li>Proven experience in ensuring end-to-end payroll processing, documenting Standard Operating Procedures and Local Work Instructions.</li><li>Ability to conduct root cause analysis & problem solve</li><li>In depth knowledge in the use of payroll systems, ideally SAP HCM</li><li>A strong focus on continuous improvement and optimization</li><li>An energetic, creative contributor with pragmatic problem-solving skills, strategic thinking and risk mitigation</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>A career with Statkraft is a career filled with purpose – meaning that every employee is not just making a living, they are making a real difference to the planet, our communities, and the future.
