We are looking for collaborative and passionate therapists who care deeply for our patients and each other to join our growing team!

As a Therapist at SOL Mental Health, you will provide compassionate and ethical outpatient mental health therapy to patients. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care and employ evidence-based treatment modalities with patients.

About You:

  • Licensed in the state of Maryland as a Clinical Therapist
  • 1+ years of relevant behavioral health experience in providing treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults is highly preferred.
  • Outpatient and/or private practice experience is highly preferred.
  • Must be able to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week
  • Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity, a positive attitude, effective leadership abilities, and a passion for patient care and clinical excellence.
  • Must value current evidence-based clinical practice and culturally sensitive care.
  • Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.

Compensation: Earn up to $130,000 per year
