The Role:

To provide specialised clerical support for a newly established Rheumatology service. The team, alongside the Administrative Assistant, will consist of Rheumatology Clinicians, Clinical Nurse Consultant and Physiotherapists.

You will need:

• The Admin Assistant for Rheumatology will be a first point of contact for clients and staff, directing communications to the relevant staff.
• Diligent processing of specialised, time sensitive paperwork related to ongoing client care.
• Participate in data collection and entry and produce relevant reports as required.

Details of appointment:

Permanent full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from a mutually agreed upon date.

Salary: $66,049 to $70,993 per annum. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.

• Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022.
