Reconstruction Field Superintendent

Job Summary
DRYmedic Restoration Services is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Reconstruction Superintendent to partner closely with Reconstruction Project Managers, the Project Coordinator, vendors, in-house crews, subcontractors, and clients to keep projects moving smoothly. In this hands-on role, you’ll help ensure the right materials are on-site at the right time and that workmanship meets DRYmedic’s quality standards.
Responsibilities
• Source, transport, and stage job materials; oversee receiving, inventory, and distribution of materials and equipment to crews and subcontractors
• Conduct routine job-site visits and review project files/progress notes to support on-schedule, on-scope completion
• Coordinate with multiple Project Managers to verify quality standards, resolve field issues, and provide clear written and photographic progress documentation
• Serve as the on-site point of contact when needed meeting with clients, vendors, adjusters, and subcontractors on behalf of the Project Manager
Qualifications
• 2+ years of hands-on construction experience
• 2+ years of foreman-level (or higher) leadership/supervisory experience
• IICRC certification preferred (a plus)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
• Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday
Physical Requirements
• Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds or force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
• Ability to work outdoors, in extreme temperatures, wet/humid environments, and/or with vibration
• Working with mechanical and chemical hazards and conditions including fumes, odors, dusts, gases, and/or poor ventilation
• Ability to climb, talk, crouch, stand, balance, reach, grasp, pull, lift, see, hear, and operate tools and vehicles
