AVP, Sr Developer, Trading Systems
The Senior Developer programs and configures Trading Systems (i.e. Charles River and Bloomberg) to meet business needs. Under limited supervision, this job identifies and analyzes business trading system needs, writes complex code to optimize the performance and efficiency of the organization's trading systems and conducts testing to ensure programs are functioning properly. This job is considered a subject matter expert in the Applications Development & Support area.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
User experience and knowledge of Trading Systems (i.e. Charles River IMS and Bloomberg) to develop interfaces and be able to troubleshoot and maintain complex SQL
Create and maintain technical documentation using defined technical templates that meet SDLC standards
Developing/Supporting complex efforts involving Analysis, Design, Coding, and testing of various application components with-in Asset Management domain.
Responsible for ensuring highest standards and quality of the technical deliverables.
Strong contributor in Cloud based technologies alongside API development using Python, .NET, or Java.

Anticipated Posting End Date:
2025-04-07Base Pay Range: $107,500/yr. - $179,100/yr.Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
