Job Description
Strong Python Programming Experience
Demonstrated proficiency in Python for building scalable, maintainable applications and services.
Experience writing clean, testable code, implementing object-oriented and functional programming patterns, and leveraging Python for automation, data processing, and backend service development.
Solid AWS Development Expertise
Hands-on experience designing and developing cloud-native solutions on AWS, with strong working knowledge of:
AWS Lambda for serverless compute and event-driven architectures
AWS Step Functions for orchestrating complex workflows and state machines
Amazon API Gateway for building secure, scalable REST and HTTP APIs
Ability to design, deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot distributed systems using AWS best practices.
Clear Understanding of Agentic AI Concepts
Strong conceptual clarity and practical exposure to agentic architectures, including:
Tools: integrating external tools, APIs, and services into agent workflows
Memory: short-term and long-term memory strategies for context retention and state management
Context: effective context construction, prompt management, and grounding techniques
Explainability: building transparent, interpretable agent behaviors with logging, tracing, and rationale generation
Agent Development Experience (Nice to Have)
Prior experience designing or implementing at least one intelligent agent or agent-based system, including task planning, decision-making, tool invocation, and lifecycle management. Familiarity with agent frameworks or custom-built agent solutions is a plus.
CI/CD Automation & Scripting Experience
Proven experience using Python and/or Groovy to enhance and automate CI/CD pipelines. Skilled in writing scripts to support build, test, deployment, and release workflows, integrating with tools such as Jenkins, Git-based pipelines, and cloud deployment platforms to improve reliability and developer productivity.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $86129 to $127189
