Your mission will consist of assisting clients in their implementation of Agicap solution’s key features (banking and data integration).For that purpose, you will be responsible for :<br/><b>Integrate customer data (70%):</b><br/>Collect and integrate client’s data from various sources (banks, accounting tools)Connect client’s banksArrange the data into a format that can be imported into Agicap<br/><b>Build the team (15%):</b><br/>Contribute to the creation of the Customer Success Technical teamTrain new Customer Success Managers on customer data integration processesBuild a library of i to process customer data in a scalable wayContribute to build Agicap’s knowledge management on banking aggregationBuild a wiki of best practices and key processesContribute to scale the processes by defining, improving and automating the way we collect and transform customer data for import<br/><b>Contribute to the product development (15%):</b><br/>Become the reference within the Customer Success department for customer data import, banking aggregation and act as the point of contact for the Product teamProvide structured and quantitative product feedbacks to help prioritise customer data integration features and banking aggregations This position is also the gateway to many opportunities within the Customer Success department, the Product department, and Agicap in general. <h3>⭐ What we are looking for :</h3> <ul> <li>You graduated from an engineering or business school</li><li>You are at minimum an intermediaire speaker in Spanish and fluent in English</li><li>You have an excellent command of Excel (incl.
