We are excited to introduce a new opportunity for an experienced Program Manager to drive customer master data projects for our Animal Health (AH) Business. This role will be responsible for managing the customer master data portfolio, driving Customer Onboarding and Customer MDM improvements.

We are the Information Technology (IT) organization for our Animal Health company, responsible for partnering with business leaders to provide intelligent automation solutions that drive data-focused, self-driving capabilities and ensure reliable information management. The position reports to the Animal Health IT Intelligent Automation & Enterprise Data lead.
Responsibilities
Apply appropriate project management methods and tools. Identify, assess and manage risks effectively throughout customer (master) data projects
Defines, documents and executes small projects or sub-projects in the customer data space. Actively participate in all phases of the project
Agree on project approach with stakeholders and prepare realistic project plans (including scope, schedule, quality, risk and communication plans). Track activities against the project schedule, managing stakeholder involvement as appropriate
Monitor TCO for customer master data projects, including budget, time, quality and resources used, and take action where these exceed agreed tolerances
Work closely with business and IT partners to identify and interpret commercial, sales, and marketing customer master needs in executable customer MDM project plans
Review requirements for the customer MDM platform, including its UI/UX
Understand user personas across the whole customer data journey, to support delivery of a fantastic customer MDM user experience that balances user desires with technology capabilities
Develop and maintain customer MDM product materials, including training documentation, SDLC documentation, and product guides, to ensure data integrity across all customer master solutions
Collaborate with end-to-end customer MDM program delivery teams, and support the Customer MDM lead with strategic roadmap development
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Project and/or Program Management
Minimum of 3 years of experience with CRM/Commercial processes
Minimum of 3 years of experience with Data Governance/MDM Solutions (e.g., Informatica MDM, Reltio, Semarchy, SAP MDG, Aera, Collibra Data Governance and Tibco EBX)
Experience with MDM solutions in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
Experience working with customer engagement models, customer MDM, sales & marketing data is highly preferred
Agile Scrum Master or Agile Product Owner Certified
Exceptionally well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders and business strategy effectively
Ability to navigate cross-divisional programs, coordinate projects and processes across regional/global boundaries, and work in effective cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels within the organization
