About the role

The Sr. Brewery Ambassador is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the tour center. This role supports the Tour Center Coordinator team, the Retail Specialist, and Assistant Brewery Programs Manager. The Sr. Brewery Ambassador is responsible for conducting public, private, and VIP tours. The Senior Brewery Ambassador is the lead for end of day closing responsibilities and anchors the team on high volume shifts including Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays.

What You'll Brew:

  • Responsible for conducting brewery tours: public, private, and VIP 
  • Assist with daily tour center schedule and support with schedule changes 
  • Support with the opening/closing of the tour center, including but not limited to overseeing daily task list and delegating side work 
  • Assist with closing out the registers and donations, including making nightly deposits when needed 
  • Responsible for the overall upkeep of the tour center, tasting rooms, gift shop, beer garden, and gift shop areas 
  • Communicate maintenance and inventory needs to management 
  • Aid in training new employees and participate in the development of current employees 
  • Provides customer service to all tour center guests 
  • Provides retail sales service in the gift shop and supports the physical monthly inventory counts 
  • Work with the Tour Center Coordinator team to help setup up displays, promotions, and announcements in the tour center  
  • Assist with tour audits to ensure information accuracy 
  • Help in various marketing, tour center and gift shop projects as needed 
  • Manage the tour center floor when the Tour Center Coordinator team is unavailable including shut down, cleaning and locking the building 
  • Act as a role model to other Brewery Ambassadors at all times

What Ingredients You'll Bring:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service industry
  • Tips Certified
  • Beer Server Certified - 1st level of Cicerone
  • First Aid Certified

Level: 10

In accordance with pay transparency laws the pay rate for this role if hired is $18.50 per hour.
