The Enterprise Transformation department, with its team of dedicated solution architects, is leading product and solution transformation initiatives across the entire organization. We are at the forefront of designing digital products and solutions that drive enterprise-wide digital transformation, addressing the complex requirements of our customers and the business.

 

Your main responsibilities as a Solution Architect for a portfolio of products will include: 

• Evaluating and interpreting complex business problems and requirements in a fast-moving business environment to develop innovative solution designs

• Specifying technologies, application, and infrastructure architecture with a focus on reusability, standardization, cost efficiency, and compliance with enterprise policies

• Producing and maintaining comprehensive solution documentation in alignment with our strategy and documentation standards

• Managing changes to solutions, updating designs and documentation to reflect evolving requirements

• Providing expert guidance and resolving technical issues faced by engineering teams

• Creating and promoting standardization and reusable design practices through reference architecture

• Collaborating with Enterprise Architecture, business stakeholders, and product & platform owners to ensure alignment on scope and solution design

 

These responsibilities require you to excel both as a technical problem-solver and a strategic architect.

Experience and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field. 

Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in application/solution architecture, with expertise in:  

• Event-driven architecture

• ArchiMate, C4, UML

• Domain-driven design

• Big data and real-time processing

• Enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, TMS)

• Creating comprehensive solution documentation and utilizing design patterns effectively

• Preferred Experience: Experience in the logistics industry is highly desirable

• Effective Communication: Proficient in clear and concise verbal and written communication in English. 

• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Skilled in evaluating complex problems and developing innovative solutions. 

• Change Management: Experienced in managing solution changes and updating documentation.

• Best Practices and Compliance:

  • Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and enterprise architecture methodologies

  • Knowledgeable in industry standards and regulations (ISO, GDPR)
