Overview

As a Loan Operations Assistant Vice President, you will provide operational infrastructure Leadership to Deutsche Bank’s Primary and Secondary Lending business. It supports multiple Trade Finance and Lending businesses, institutional investors, structured vehicles, endowments, and variety of other borrowers. The Loan

Operations assistant Vice President (AVP) will serve as a key lead function within the loan operations group and serve as a subject matter expert regarding their designated

desk.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the loan deal closing and servicing processes for multiple business lines within the loan processing system to ensure timeliness and quality control metrics are monitored and take corrective action as needed

• Analyze and identify possible risks and issues that could impact delivery and either resolve them or escalate as appropriate and to ensure stakeholder awareness, engagement, and support through effective and timely communication

• Partner with various stakeholders to deliver on standardization and harmonization of processes and support process automation to build a solid foundation for further growth and increase efficiency

• Create an environment of continuous improvement of process and staff engagement to drive franchise objectives on key performance indicators (KPIs), team building, integration, staff motivation, and talent development

• Support core elements of Loan Operations objectives and create a high-performing culture

Skills You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics

• Solid banking or financial services management background

• Excellent team leader, able to work in virtual global teams and a matrix organization

• Entrepreneurial thinking with strong customer focus and business orientation in order to demonstrate strong level of accountability and manage escalations through expert level analytical skills

• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and work as part of a team as well as individually

Expectations

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $63,000 to $90,300. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
