Job Description
Job Summary
Assists the Program Manager in ensuring team members have all the resources required to perform their tasks. Works closely with the Business Management Office (BMO) regarding funding for subcontracts, charge numbers and various reports owed to the customer and details specific to the needs of the Program Manager. At this level, tasks and assignments tend to be general but may involve complex and/or non-routine assignments and duties are performed under limited supervision.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Supports the Program Manager and Project Leads in all areas of business management of the program such as assistance in PowerPoint presentations, meeting preparations and charge number needs.
- Interface with the BMO, and Subcontracts for the purpose of insuring accurate financials for an accurate distribution of charge numbers to the team, subcontractor funding modifications, and contract analysis information for the Program Manager.
- Assist the Program Manager in task management and the modernization of various other internal support software programs to be determined.
- Prepare written communications for the Program Manager.
- Interacts with Program Leads and/or functional peer groups regarding exchange or presentation of information and supplies needed charge numbers for associated tasks.
- Assists Program Manager in initiating various team building, functions and team training that will come with the modernization of team communication methods.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S,) from four-year college or university in a related positions and a minimum of 5-10 years of directly related experience and/or training. Master’s degree in lieu of 2 years of experience.
