Your Role
The Program Manager, Consultant-Commercial, is responsible for leading and coordinating complex, cross‑functional clinical and operational initiatives across Commercial Lines of Business. This role partners closely with Medical Directors, Clinical Operations, Analytics, IT, and provider organizations to ensure high‑quality execution, data integrity, and timely delivery of strategic Commercial CMO priorities.

Your Work
In this role, you will:
Lead. end‑to‑end Commercial CMO programs from design through implementation, including requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, execution, and performance monitoring
Serve as a strategic liaison between Commercial CMO leadership, Medical Directors, Analytics, and IT teams to ensure accurate, timely, and actionable outputs
Manage complex timelines, interdependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies across multiple concurrent initiatives
Oversee internal and external data reporting workflows, ensuring data accuracy, validation, and appropriate issue escalation
Drive cross‑functional decision‑making through effective meeting facilitation, documentation, and follow‑through
Support provider‑facing clinical and operational deliverables across Commercial LOBs
Your Knowledge and Experience
Bachelor's degree required; master’s degree in healthcare, public health, business, or related field preferred (MPH, MBA, MHA, etc.)
7 years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical program management, population health, or managed care
Experience coordinating cross functional clinical and data oriented workstreams
Ability to analyze data outputs, identify anomalies, and coordinate resolution with technical teams
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
Hybrid
This role requires employees to be in-office based on our hybrid workplace model, balancing purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility. For most teams, this means coming into the office two days each week.
Employees living more than 50 miles from an office location will work with their manager to determine in-office time based on business need.
