<h2>About The Position</h2>
<p>We are now looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team! This role involves coordinating people activities and supporting different internal stakeholders and portfolio brands, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration in our fast-paced environment. This position requires someone who is proactive and flexible, able to handle a high-paced setting, prioritize tasks, and stay organized. This role also includes supporting our portfolio brands why it is of highest importance to be able to manage parallel tasks and focus. The role is board and you will be faced with both operational administrative tasks as well as more complex questions and challenges. </p>

<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>In the role of HR Coordinator, you will be a vital part of our team and act as a cross support towards all our departments and stakeholders. Your main tasks will be: </li>
<li>Coordinating and managing administrative tasks and activities and deliver on set timelines </li>
<li>Prioritizing and balancing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. </li>
<li>Process employee data in HR system and secure correct organizational structure </li>
<li>Using Excel for data management, reporting and analysis. </li>
<li>Ensuring structured and accurate execution of HR processes and tasks. </li>
<li>Adapting to changing priorities with a positive and flexible attitude. </li>
<li>Support with updated communication channels, calendars </li>
<li>Support with our common office environment and work with continuous improvements </li>
</ul>

<p>We believe you are a proactive and detail-oriented person with excellent organizational and communication skills. To be successful in this role, you should thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage stress effectively. You are a “doer” and executor that thrives in an environment with high pase. </p>

<p>We also believe that you: </p>
<ul>
<li>Have a post-graduate degree in Human Resources or a related field. </li>
<li>Have previous experience in service and/or coordination roles. </li>
<li>Are proficient in using Excel for data management and analysis. </li>
<li>Have strong interpersonal skills and can build relationships with managers and stakeholders. </li>
<li>Are familiar with HR systems like SuccessFactors or SAP (a bonus). </li>
</ul>
