• Maintain the work schedule of Production Supervisors, including the PTO calendar
• Maintain weekly staffing schedules for production and maintenance personnel per the CBA
• Assist Supply Chain regarding product demands
• Manage hourly overtime utilization per budgetary targets
• Coordinate and attend operational review meetings
• Assist Production Department with work orders/notifications
• Assist Production Supervisors with safety-related functions involving accident protocols/investigations and maintaining the LOTO numbering system
• Assist with employee communication activities, including bulletin board postings
• Support Production Department with administrative tasks involving GLOBE
• Help Production Supervisors with overtime coverage, attendance records, training and development documentation, and maintaining the Qualified List
• Assist with town hall meetings, departmental meetings, and catering arrangements as needed
• Serve as the Document Control Coordinator for the Production Department, as well as conduct assigned production health checks for compliance
• Assist Production Manager with Management of Change (MOC) administration tasks as needed
• Participate in company environmental continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist with continuous improvements
• Post job bids and associated documentation as well as assist with training and learning activities in support of operator knowledge transfer and development
• Serve as backup for supervisors
• Serve as an administrator for Poka and associated work with maintaining iPads
• Assist with new hire orientation scheduling and factory tours
• Run compliance reports and monitor checklists usage in the factory
• Perform other duties as assigned
• BA/BS Degree in Accounting, Business, Information Technology-related, or equivalent field preferred
• 1 year of experience with operations and processes in a food manufacturing environment, preferred
• Communication skills (strong verbal and written required)
• Interpersonal skills (ability to effectively work with all levels of leadership)
• Project management/organizational skills
• Time management skills
• Computer skills (MS Suite, SAP, etc.)
• Knowledge of telephone, computer systems, and production/operational systems
• Strong working knowledge of computer productivity software
