🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service from first contact to last visit
• Handle inbound calls, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups with professionalism
• Greet patients with warmth and confidence at check-in and check-out
• Educate patients on the benefits of care plans and help them commit to their health goals
• Present and sell treatment packages and wellness products
• Maintain accurate records and process payments
• Assist Chiropractors with patient flow and support during treatments
