CORP RET OPS/SR BUSINESS SPECIALIST - ECOMMERCE

Lead a team to identify opportunities, define processes, conduct test & learns, develop communication and training materials and guide company-wide rollout of solutions that would improve the associate, customer & sales experience within eCommerce Operations. Collaborate with Technology, Retails Operations partners & vendors to develop solutions that drive operational efficiencies. - Utilize knowledge of process improvement tools, to conduct observations, track performance measurements, manage test & learns, facilitate change and summarize results
- Evaluate current eCommerce operational best practices and results; identify areas of improvement and develop enterprise-wide solutions
- Support store and divisions teams with the execution of new processes and best practices
- Identify and develop solutions to improve store processes, the Associate & Customer experience and eCommerce sales
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to innovative, develop standard technology solutions to support the eCommerce (Pick-Up & Delivery) experience throughout the enterprise
- Assist in the development of written training/communication plans and documentation
- Monitor the retail industry for innovative eCommerce solutions and conduct competitor analysis
- Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports
- Travel up to 50% of time to retail divisions; maintain flexibility to work overnight/weekends to perform in-store tasks
- Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
Minimum
- 4+ years of experience within retail / store operations, process improvement, project management, or leadership
- Ability to effectively lead / coach associates to achieve personal & company objectives
- Ability to work overnight / weekends to perform in-store tasks
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of general accounting principles
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, resources, and schedules
- Highly organized and proficient at multi-tasking
- Demonstrated initiative and leadership skills
