What Are We Looking For?

We’re looking for people who are relentlessly curious and committed to continuous learning. AI is reshaping every function across our business, and we enable every team member, regardless of role or level, to build fluency in AI tools and concepts. Those who thrive here actively seek out new solutions, experiment thoughtfully, and apply what they learn to drive better, faster, smarter outcomes.

As a Director of Product Management, you will be tasked with owning the strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for a core segment of SentinelOne's Cloud Security portfolio, which delivers real-time protection, detection, and response across workloads, containers, identities, and data spanning public cloud, private cloud, and hybrid environments. This is a player-coach role in which you will set direction and build and lead a team of product managers while staying close to the market, the data, and the product to make sharp calls under ambiguity. You will serve as the connection between engineering, sales, marketing, and customers, translating market signals into a roadmap that wins deals and a product that customers renew.

What Will You Do?

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Own and evangelize the strategy and vision for your area of the Cloud Security portfolio, grounded in a clear point of view on where the market is heading.
  • Build, lead, and grow a team of product managers; set the bar for the quality of PRDs, roadmaps, pricing/packaging analysis, and customer-facing communication.
  • Maintain the product roadmap and make explicit tradeoff and prioritization calls, with the expectation of saying no to good ideas in service of the few that matter most.
  • Define and report against key business metrics for your product area, including pipeline influence, win/loss trends, retention, and usage, not just feature ship dates.
  • Partner directly with engineering leadership on architecture and sequencing decisions that affect time-to-market and total cost of ownership.
  • Work hand-in-hand with sales, solutions engineering, and marketing to sharpen positioning, train the field, and support strategic deals.
  • Engage directly with customers, prospects, and analysts to pressure-test roadmap assumptions and stay ahead of where the market is moving.
  • Represent Cloud Security in company-wide planning, tying product decisions back to revenue, margin, and competitive positioning.

What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

Ideal candidates will have:

  • 8 or more years in product management at enterprise SaaS or infrastructure companies, including 2 or more years leading and managing other product managers.
  • Direct experience owning a cloud security or cloud-native product (CWPP, CSPM, CNAPP, DSPM, or adjacent), with an understanding of the buyer, the competitive landscape, and the technical tradeoffs, not just the acronyms.
  • Excellent business judgment, including the ability to build a pricing model, read a win/loss report, and connect a roadmap decision to its effect on ARR and margin without a finance partner walking you through it.
  • Working technical fluency with cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), containers/Kubernetes, and the shared-responsibility model, sufficient to earn credibility with engineering and with technical buyers.
  • A track record of shipping and defending a roadmap in front of skeptical stakeholders, including sales leadership, customers, and engineering counterparts.
