You’ll set up new PCs, manage user access, roll out upgrades, and keep our Microsoft O365 tools running like clockwork 🔄🖥️. From password resets to Exchange environment support, you’ll keep our systems — and people — up and running smoothly.   Once fully trained, you’ll enjoy a hybrid schedule — two days a week remote — because we believe flexibility isn’t a perk, it’s a priority 🏡💼. As a Senior Technical Support Analyst, you’ll manage our systems management appliance, analyze support trends, maintain software and hardware inventories, and make sure new users feel confident from day one 📊📱.
