Corporate Training & Professional Education Intern -

CooperSurgical's Professional Education & Corporate Training Team seeks a well-organized Summer Intern with a passion for Data Analytics.  In line with our mission to deliver impactful solutions to improve healthcare, this role provides an opportunity to coordinate hands-on training programs in the US and abroad as well as analyze the effectiveness of these programs.  You will gain first-hand corporate experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute corporate strategies & tactics.  

This role will provide a wide range of support to the Professional Education Team, inclusive of:

• Developing new and/or modify existing educational training materials
• Creating surveys in Qualtrics, and reporting out key findings
• Analyzing and comparing the training program effectiveness to previous programs
• Working closely with the EMEA Global Sales Training Manager to ensure the successful execution of programs abroad
• Assist in the development of a 2026 yearly budget
• Perform project-based work as assigned

Qualifications

• Intermediate skill in the use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Advanced preferred
• Well-organized with attention to detail and ability to carry out tasks independently
• Excellent project management, organizational and follow-through skill set
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Professional demeanor

Experience         

• Not required, but prior Internship experience is a plus.

Education

• Current college student, majoring in Business or related specialty, entering their Junior or Senior year. 
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
