The Yard Supervisor is responsible for leading daily yard operations and standards, managing the yard team, ensuring a great customer experience, and driving safety standards at all times throughout the yard.</p> <p><strong>Schedule: </strong>Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours. (Includes working weekends)</p> <h3><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li style="line-height: 2;">Responsible for maintaining yard inventory control and procedures.</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Responsible for planning and coordinating all deliveries and transfers.</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Responsible for coordinating all shipping and receiving activities.</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Maintains a safe and organized yard environment.</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Ensures completion of all routine inspections, repairs, maintenance, and equipment cleaning.</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Responsible for all loading and unloading of building materials while strictly maintaining safety standards.</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Responsible for general yard standards and building cleanup in accordance with company standards.</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Maintains a safe and hazard-free workplace at all times.</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Serves as an advocate for driving and promoting company culture and upholding high standards of customer experience.</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Maintains all safety requirements and ensures all safety training is completed.</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Maintains organization and proper maintenance of all yard operations.</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Ensures all loads are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Communicates issues that could impact the business to the Store Manager in a timely a
