We have a need for someone to lead the development and implementation of workplace productivity content for workstation and collaboration technology solutions to maximize associates' understanding and adoption of the features and benefits available.

 In this role, you will monitor for updates to in-place technology solutions and translate the necessary information into new and/or existing end-user content resources. This position can be filled as an Associate Software Product Analyst or a Software Product Analyst, depending on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.

    • Strong communications skills to work closely with business unit leaders to understand their use and requirements from workplace technology platforms.

    • Design capabilities to document and optimize processes that bring efficiency to the delivery of workplace technology solutions.

    • Drive to understand emerging technology that may benefit Sentry and provide updates to leadership of changes to existing products.

    • Ability to leverage both qualitative and quantitative data to derive meaningful metrics that will assist in understanding the success of workplace technologies throughout Sentry along with opportunities.

    • Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies including Outlook, Teams, Windows, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

  • What it Takes:

    • Associate degree or equivalent work experience
