Because the best senior talent rarely applies through a job board, every search depends on solid market research, curiosity, and a bit of detective work.&nbsp;</p> <p>You'll learn this craft hands-on, working closely with our Executive Recruiter to track down candidates for some of SumUp's most important hires, often before they're even looking for a new role.
