Work You’ll Do

As a US Delivery Center Solution Consultant on the team, you will:

• Support Workday implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective Workday solutions.
• Configure Workday modules based on client needs, including business process setup, security, reporting, and integrations.
• Provide subject matter expertise in Workday Financial Management module (e.g. Capital Projects and Business Assets).
• Develop and deliver user training and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing ongoing support to clients.
• Stay current with Workday updates and new features, recommending enhancements as appropriate.
• Participate in project planning, status meetings, and client presentations.

Qualifications

Required: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Hybrid Work Model: Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg) 
• Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location
• Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes
• 1+ year(s) of experience implementing Workday Business Assets and Projects
• 1+ year(s) experience with capital project accounting (including Work-in-Progress accounting)
• Workday Finance Certification required

Preferred: 

• Previous Professional Services Firm or Big 4 Experience
• Experience consulting or working for higher education clients
