Workday Compensation Lead
This Workday Compensation Lead is responsible for supporting the workday implementation team by recommending solutions and identifying strategies, risks, and approaches to meet the needs of the implementation and requirements of the client. Workday Certification preferred.

Your role:
- Expertise in Workday Compensation and Workday Advanced Compensation. (Total Rewards and Talent)
- Focusing development of individuals to meet future business needs.
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
- Lead and participate in system testing activities such as data validation, regression testing, and end-user acceptance testing.
- Develop training materials and lead user training sessions on new Workday functionality.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and analytic skills required.
- Stay up to date on Workday releases and updates and recommend changes or enhancements to improve system efficiency.
- Participate in project planning and execution to ensure that Workday solutions are delivered successfully.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, process flows, system configuration, and test plans.
- Workday Consultants need skills in Communication, Time Management, Organization, Problem Solving, and Technology.
- Self-motivated, highly organized individual with the ability to prioritize independently while demonstrating a sense of urgency.
- Ability to manage change effectively, always mindful of technology, business processes and systems implications.
Your skills and experience:
- 3 to 5 years of Demonstrated experience in the implementation and maintenance of Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation, Total Rewards and Talent.
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively manage client and stakeholder expectations.
- Self-motivated, highly organized individual with the ability to prioritize independently while demonstrating a sense of urgency.
- Ability to exercise confidentiality, tact, and independent judgment in the performance of duties.
- Experience with support and delivery of year-end reporting .
Certifications in Workday HCM Core, Workday Compensation, Talent & Total Rewards / Workday Advanced Compensation
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $137,450- $182,624 - CA.

The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
