This position is fully remote.</span></p> <p>We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Work Site Stabilization Technician to join our field operations team. This role plays a critical part in preparing, stabilizing, and finishing work sites for construction, industrial, and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy equipment operation and be proficient in working with various soil stabilization techniques, including base and top layer applications. This position requires extensive travel to job sites across the region or country, often involving overnight stays and weekend shifts.</p> <h3><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></h3> <p class="p1"><strong>Site Preparation &amp; Stabilization</strong></p> <ul class="ul1"> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li2">Operate and maintain heavy equipment (e.g., skid steers, graders, compactors, water trucks, reclaimers, and bulldozers) used for soil stabilization and surface preparation.</li> <li class="li2">Perform subgrade and base layer assessments and apply treatments to ensure proper compaction, drainage, and durability.</li> <li class="li2">Execute stabilization processes including lime, chat, or fly ash mixing and spreading.</li> </ul> </ul> <p class="p2"><strong>Layer Application Finishing<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></strong></p> <ul class="ul1"> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li2">Install and compact base layers using aggregate materials.</li> <li class="li2">Finish grade and smooth top layers for concrete or asphalt paving or other surface installations.</li> <li class="li2">Ensure accuracy in elevation and slope per site plans and blueprints.</li> </ul> </ul> <p class="p2"><
