Job/Department Summary:
Working independently under general supervision of the Manager of Customer Support, the Work Control Technician will oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management System) for receipt, monitoring, and tracking of all work flow. This role will work with FMS managers, supervisors, leads and staff to safeguard the quality and ensure the accuracy of systems and data. The incumbent will support administrative and other duties as required in order to meet the operational needs of the department. The CMMS used in FMS is currently WebTMA.

Required Education and Experience:
This position requires a fully functional knowledge of and skill in standard office procedures and practices, as well as an ability to understand and operate in a variety of organizational structures. These qualifications, and those listed above, would normally be obtained through completion of a high school program, technical/vocational program, or their equivalents combined with three years of related office work experience.
Preferences:
Preference may be given to applicants with the following as they may be considered specialized skills:
- Experience with software implementation, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Experience working with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (work order system) such as WebTMA or other database experience.
- Ability to adapt to change, demonstrated flexibility and patience with changing expectations (e.g. technology, responsibilities, and assignments).
Time Base: Full-time- 1.0
Pay Plan: 12/12
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm, Summer - Mon-Thurs 7:00-5:30.
CSU Classification Salary Range: $46,368 - $72,864 per year.
