Since 1972, Therapeutic Health Services (THS) has provided evidence-based, culturally appropriate and compassionate behavioral health treatment, programs and services for children, youth, and families with substance use and mental health disorders. We are on the frontlines:

We are hiring a WISe Team Lead to join our King and Snohomish County team. As a WISe Team Lead, you will be a key member of our team, offering regular consultation to Wise team staff members, ensuring they are equipped with best practices for case management and effective crisis response. The pay for this position is $70,000 - $75,000 annually, depending on experience.

Requirements

• Offer regular consultation and mentorship to staff, providing guidance on best practices and case management.
• Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to deliver effective services.
• Support team members in handling challenging situations, including crisis response and complex care coordination.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between clinical and non-clinical team members.
• Ensure the regular review and evaluation of participant progress, crisis plans, and other critical documents.
• Help ensure that services are culturally relevant, client-centered, and aligned with the mental health recovery model.
• Assist the WISe Program Manager in overseeing the delivery of WISe services, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to maintain knowledge of best practices and emerging trends in mental health and care coordination.
• Monitor and track program metrics, such as service utilization, team performance, and participant outcomes, to ensure the program meets established goals.
• Provide administrative support to the WISe Program Manager, including assisting with scheduling, resource allocation, and staff coverage needs.
• Ensure the team’s adherence to documentation standards, including chart reviews and completion of required reports.
• Assist in preparing for internal and external audits by ensuring the team’s documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.

 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a social service or related field required.
• At least five years of experience in Wise program delivery services
• Minimum of three years’ experience in direct service work with “high-risk” youth, young adults, and families.
• Reliable transportation, current car insurance coverage, and a clean Washington state driving record (defined as no major traffic infractions within the last three years).
• Obtain WA state certification as a Peer Counselor consistent with WAC 388-865-0107 or the ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire.
