Wireless Technical Program Manager

As a Wireless Subsystem Technical Program Manager in AR/VR/Wearables, you will lead multidisciplinary programs through the NPI process to develop the next generation of custom and semi-custom modules/subsystems to drive our industry-leading consumer products.Wireless Technical Program Manager Responsibilities

• Partner with the Smart Glasses Wireless engineering team, enabling the definition, design, and execution of hardware
• Develop Wireless development schedule, communicate program statuses, and identify/address potential setbacks
• Work cross-functionally to develop best practices and technology development processes in a quickly-changing and dynamic environment to ensure on time delivery
• Coordinate and contribute to engineering deliverables such as architecture definition, build goals and Wireless requirements
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of Firmware releases for Factory during the build
• Tracking any engineering issues during the build and reporting status to leadership

Minimum Qualifications

• BS in Electrical, Electronic, Computer science, or other relevant engineering discipline like physics, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of work experience as an engineering manager /TPM, managing hardware/FW from concept to mass production
• 5+ years experience working with wireless HW Module projects
• 5+ years of wireless design/implementation experience is required, either in HW and/or FW
• 3+ years experience working with FW delivery of wireless modules in consumer space
• Intimate knowledge of PDP in consumer space for wireless HW as well as how to integrate FW to meet HW delivery
• Proven communication skills

$167,000/year to $230,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
