Wireless Supervisor

We are looking for a local Wireless Supervisor in the Washington market.

Candidate must have an understanding and the ability to safely direct crew(s) and perform work maintaining and installing equipment on wireless telecommunication sites (this includes, but is not limited to working on towers, rooftop, and ground-based sites installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining antennas, RRU’s, base stations, cabinets, sector mounts, cable tray, ice bridge, COAX, fiber/power, GPS, etc.)

Responsibilities:

• Perform work maintaining and installing equipment on wireless telecommunication sites;
• Work on towers, rooftop, and ground-based sites installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining antennas, RRUs, base stations, cabinets, sector mounts, cable tray, ice bridge, COAX, fiber/power, GPS, etc.;
• Perform wireless site surveys and promptly report all accidents, near-miss accidents, and non-conformance to the manager;
• Cable preparation (splice and test fiber), installation, troubleshooting, and testing;
• Assist with outages and impairments and make the needed repairs to assigned networks;
• Assist with preventative maintenance inspections as well as the application of safe work practices to all work-related tasks;

Requirements

• At least 5 years of Wireless experience;
• At least 1-2 years with a Surole;

• Must be able to perform tower climbing when needed;
• Maintain accuracy in all reporting functions;
• Maintains compliance with all relevant OSHA, safety, or departmental standards as directed by managers;
