Wine Server - Ozark Hills Winery

We are seeking a passionate Wine Server to join our team at the Ozark Hills Winery. As a Wine Server, you will play a vital role in providing our guests with a memorable wine-tasting experience. If you have a deep appreciation for wine, excellent customer service skills, and a desire to share your knowledge with others, we invite you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage with guests, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Provide wine tastings, guiding guests through the flavors and nuances of our wines.
• Share your knowledge about our wines, winemaking processes, and the Ozark Hills Winery story.
• Assist guests in selecting wines for purchase and offer recommendations based on their preferences.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Passion for wine and a desire to share that passion with others.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
