Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and process specifications for fabricating high-tolerance parts
- Operate welding and metal forming equipment safely and accurately
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity targets
- Verify and report work output per production schedules and requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow Quality Management System (QMS) standards
Must-Have:
- Experience in Fluxcore MIG welding
- Ability to pass a flat 1G weld test (3G preferred)
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and blueprints
- Proficiency with inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, rulers)
- Basic math skills and excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and dependability
- Ability to use: square, tape measure, Bessey clamps, reachovers, levels, hammer
Preferred:
- TIG welding experience
